Gemma brings experience across the board to her position as our practice manager. Having worked as a practice manager elsewhere for 15 years, as well as having experience as a receptionist and a dental nurse, Gemma knows the ins-and-outs of how to look after the whole team and the patients. She has been an incredibly valued member of our team since 2019, helping to make our practice the best it can be for everyone.
Working with patients is her favourite part, especially getting to know them and putting them at ease. Seeing our more nervous patients return full of confidence is incredibly rewarding. She also loves getting the most out of the team and witnessing how much they enjoy working at the practice.
In her free time, Gemma loves to travel and explore – whether it’s a pretty village in the UK or Roman ruins in Italy. Her two kids keep her pretty busy when at home but she loves spending time with the family, and with her two lovely guinea pigs.
